Our Alignan - Neffiès wine cellars have successfully adapted to changes over time, to remain a dynamic and modern company. We are a small concern that controls all the stages of winemaking, from grape harvesting to bottling.
As a human-scale winery, we are delighted to share with you our love of nature and our pride for our products.

The vineyard
The quality of our work in the historic heart of the Languedoc vineyards is a model in winegrowing techniques, combining both tradition and modernity.
We grow many grape types and the best French varieties : Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Muscat, Cabernet, Mourvèdre, Pinot, Cinsault and Carignan can be found here, proof that our terroir is ideally suited to their individual personalities.
The terroir of Alignan-du-Vent benefits from its Mediterranean climate, a particularly favourable exposure, and the dry north wind that naturally protects our vineyard.
The soil consists of siliceous gravel, with middle terrace areas of clayey gravel and lower sandy terraces.
The slopes in Neffiès face due south in the sun-drenched garrigue, where an exceptional soil of schist allows our Syrah and Grenache varieties to attain their full aromatic potential.
The diversity of our terroirs means vines must be planted in a reasoned manner. For the sake of high standards, the different grape varieties are distributed according to the nature of the land, the symbiosis of soil and variety allowing the wines to better develop and express their qualities, finesse and aromas.
In 2021 we are launching our first range of organic wine, to which almost 100 hectares have been devoted. This reflects the state-of-the-art methods implemented by our winery, and our desire to respect the land, our regional heritage.
